Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund
Once food preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled
Refunds for quality issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
